The Heather House is a fully equipped home studio-based florist studio in Cochrane, Alberta.
Our name comes from Scottish heather — a plant known for its resilience and natural beauty — and reflects our commitment to simple, thoughtful floral design.

 

The Heather House Flower Studio was founded by Kirsty, who moved to Canada from Scotland in 2010. The name reflects both her roots and the foundation of the business — inspired by the beauty of Scottish heather and the sense of home, warmth, and nature that defines the studio.

We focus on creating high-quality arrangements using seasonal flowers, local greenery when available, and sustainable practices that reduce waste. Every piece is made to order in small batches, ensuring freshness, care, and attention to detail.

Our work includes everyday bouquets, holiday arrangements, porch planters, wreaths, workshops, and florals for elopements and small weddings.
