The Heather House Flowers is not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, inclement weather, or circumstances beyond our control. By placing an order, you agree to our policies regarding substitutions, delivery, and cancellations.
Shipping Policy - the basics
Shipping & Delivery Policy
We offer local delivery within Cochrane and surrounding areas. Delivery availability is based on daily capacity and may be subject to weather conditions or road closures. Same-day delivery may be available for Florist’s Choice orders placed before 1:00 PM.
A flat delivery fee applies at checkout unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including recipient name, full address, and contact details. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the arrangement may be left in a safe location or returned to the studio for re-delivery at an additional charge.
We do not ship flowers outside our local delivery area, as fresh florals cannot be guaranteed through postal services.
