The images shown represent the overall style, colour palette, and size range of our Valentine’s designs. Each bouquet is created using a curated selection of Valentine’s-inspired flowers available at the time of your order.

Because we work with fresh, seasonal blooms, every arrangement is uniquely designed and may vary slightly from the images shown based on flower availability and chosen size. This variation is part of what makes each Heather House bouquet special—no two are ever exactly the same.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do the roses/flowers come in a vase?
Roses and flowers will be arranged either hand-tied or in a vase depending on your selected option. If a vase option is available, it will be clearly noted at checkout.

I don't know what to choose! 

No problem! Choose florists choice and let us do the rest. There is a notes section for you to add any helpful information - for colour choice etc.

Can I choose the colour of roses?
Yes. You may select red, white, pink, or a mixed palette. Exact rose varieties may vary slightly based on availability, but the chosen colour palette will be honoured.

What greenery is included in my roses order?
Seasonal greenery is added to complement the roses and create a soft, natural finish. Greenery may vary depending on availability.

When will my order be ready?
All Valentine’s Day orders are designed close to February 14 to ensure freshness. Pickup and local delivery dates will be scheduled at checkout. Please secure your Valentine's delivery as early as possible - we will start our Valentine's deliveries 12th February and go to the 15th of February

I don't want roses, can I order something else?

Yes absolutely - Roses is the classic choice for Valentine's Day, however we will have other fresh flower options available such as alstroemeria, tulips, carnations, hydrangea, larkspur, stock, chrysanthemums, aster, hypericum, spray mums, statice, lisianthus and more. We make each arrangement with the highest care and attention.

Why do I need to pre-order?
Pre-ordering allows us to secure premium roses and flowers in advance and design each arrangement with care. Quantities are limited to maintain quality.

Can I make changes after ordering?
Because Valentine’s Day orders are planned in advance, changes may be limited after a certain date. Please reach out as soon as possible if adjustments are needed.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! Please choose your preferred pick-up date and time in the date picker at checkout.

I want something that is not listed here, can I put in a special order?

Yes, we can accept special orders until February 10th - please reach out to us hello@theheatherhouseflowers.ca

or 403 992 2882 to discuss what you would like arranged.

Can I add a gift?

Yes you can. Please visit our SHOP GIFTS page (https://www.theheatherhouseflowers.ca/shop-gifts) to add cards, gifts and more. Add this to your order at checkout. Please reach out if you have a specific gift request and we will do our best to help obtain this for you.

I received my order and there is a quality issue. Can I receive a refund?

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all flower sales are final and non-refundable. That said, your satisfaction is very important to us. On rare occasions—particularly during busy holiday periods—a quality issue may be missed despite our careful checks.

If you notice damaged, wilted, or otherwise unsatisfactory flowers, please email a photo of the issue within 24 hours of receiving your arrangement to hello@theheatherhouseflowers.ca. We will be happy to review the issue and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
